Domestic Shipping
Shipping can take from 3-7 business days depending on what shipping zone you are in. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All customers will receive an electronic tracking number. We encourage adding insurance to purchase to your order, as Kasia's Royal Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned, or stolen packages. If your order is lost please contact your local post office.
We ship all packages via USPS or UPS.
International shipping will to be available soon.
Marked down items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please verify your shipping address prior to submitting your order. KRRB is not responsible for any items that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address. If an order is returned to KRRB due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees prior to the order being reshipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking information to be available.
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any shipping errors by the carrier. Please remember to add insurance to your order to avoid any potential issues.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not in love with your purchase, no problem! Simple contact at kasiasroyalroseboutique@gmail.com to initiate your return.
Please make sure your item(s) meets the criteria below.
- Your unwanted item(s) must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date for a store credit. This applies to regular priced items only and there will be no exceptions. If your return has not been authorized it will not be accepted. KRRB is not responsible for shipping fees on exchange and store credits orders.
- Merchandise must be UNWORN, SCENT FREE, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with all applicable tags still attached.
- Please include your package slip with the returns in the bag.
- All sales are final on any item that is marked down and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, and it a regular priced item, we will be happy to offer a store credit.
- If packages are undeliverable or returned, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for the order minus the shipping fees. If you would like for us to resend package, you would be responsible for the new shipping fees.
- We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
- Any return requests after the 7 day return period will not be approved.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 15 days will not be accepted.
- If you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at kasiasroyalroseboutique@gmail.com within 7-day of the original shipping date. Any requests after the 7-days period will not be approved.
- All sales are final on any item that is marked down and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If items are returned past the policy period, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

You can checkout as normal on our website. The shipping price is the same as USA orders. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee, and you will be responsible for those extra charges. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
